We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed from either our Auckland Warehouse or our Papamoa home based Head Office. However during Level 4 & Level 3 restrictions please allow our teams a couple more days to pick, pack & dispatch your orders so we can follow the correct hygiene & distancing practices required to keep ourselves & our customers safe. When your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. You can click on this & it will take you to NZ Post's website where you can follow your parcels progress. (Please check your Spam or Junk folders if you have not received an email from us as they sometimes end up there). NZ Post's delivery time frames during Covid 19 Level 4 Lockdown are approximately 2-4 business days to residential addresses & up to an additional 2-3 business days on top of this for rural addresses. Please ensure if sending items to a business address that the business is still open & operating under Level 4. Do not send your items to Businesses that are closed during Level 4 as NZ Post will not deliver them & they will be held at their depot until Level 4 ceases.
