We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed. From time to time there may be a delay in dispatching your order if a product is on back order or is a ‘special order’ product but in both these cases you will be notified by email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number along with a link to the NZ couriers website tracking page so you can track your orders progress. Please follow the instructions on the NZ Couriers tracking page to ensure you enter the correct Ticket Product Code (Eg: E11) & the Ticket Number.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, so we recommend having your order sent to a suitable residential or business address.
The Remote Warehouse Ltd offers Free shipping on orders NZ wide. We use NZ Couriers & delivery time frames are approximately 1-2 business days for dispatch for North & South Islands. (Please allow an additional 2 business days for rural deliveries depending on location).
