We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed from either our Auckland Warehouse or our Papamoa home based Head Office.  From time to time there may be a delay in dispatching your order if a product is on back order or is a ‘special order’ product but in both cases you will be notified by email. When your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.  You can click on this & it will take you to NZ Post's website (Formerly Courier Post) where you can follow your parcels progress. (Please check your Spam or Junk folders if you have not received an email from us as they sometimes end up there).    

 

Pricing & Time frames

New Zealand

The Remote Warehouse Ltd offers Free shipping on orders NZ wide.  We use NZ Post (Formerly Courier Post) & delivery time frames are approximately: Business & Residential addresses - 1-2 working days. Rural addresses please add up to 3 working days extra for delivery.  Please note Saturday & Sunday do not count as a working day, so if your order was dispatched on a Friday your day 1 of the delivery timeframe starts on the Monday. You can find out the most up to date information about NZ Post's current expected delivery time frames Here.

Our New Zealand website ships to New Zealand addresses only currently. If you would like to ship to an address outside of New Zealand, please enquire via email for shipping costs.
