Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns will only be accepted if they are unused and in their original condition with all packaging, instructions, manuals, components, accessories & parts intact.

All returns will incur a $15.00 flat rate restocking fee to cover our loss of packaging/shipping the item/s out to you. 

We will also exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order if you have made a mistake and purchased the wrong item (provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging as mentioned above).

Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Batteries are not eligible for return - please select carefully or Contact us for advice on the correct replacement battery for your remote, wall button, keypad etc.

Faulty items will be replaced or repaired in line with our 12 month warranty and obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act. 

We aim to provide our customers with quality service and products, if for any reason a product or service you receive does not meet your expectations, please Contact us.

 

How do I return an order?

Please Contact us to let us know you wish to return an order.

Once you’ve let us know please download and fill out the Returns Form here and include it with your return. It is the customers responsibility to ensure items sent back for return arrive back to us in good condition so please package items accordingly and select a method of post that allows the return to be received within the 14-day return period. We recommend you send items back by tracked courier which ensures the items reach us within the returns period (14 days) and if items are damaged or lost in transit you (the customer) will be able to claim with the carrier for loss/damage.  Remote Warehouse is not responsible for any loss or damage to items while in transit for return. 

 

Do I have to pay for shipping to return an item?

Yes, you will need to pay for the cost of shipping your item/s back for return.

We recommend you send items back by tracked courier which ensures the items reach us within the returns period (14 days) and if items are damaged or lost in transit you will be able to claim with the carrier for loss/damage.  Remote Warehouse is not responsible for any loss or damage to items in transit for return. 

 

I purchased the wrong item can I exchange it?

Yes, if you have mistakenly ordered the incorrect item, we can exchange it for the correct item. Please Contact us to let us know and download and fill out the Returns Form here and include it with the item/s you’d like to exchange.   

 

I purchased the wrong item can I get a refund?

If you purchased the wrong item, we can either exchange it for the correct item, provide you with a store credit or refund you for it.

Refunds are processed minus the cost of shipping/packaging (a flat rate of $15.00) to cover our loss of packaging/shipping the item/s out to you.

 

How long do I have to return / exchange an order?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it for exchange or refund.

 

I received my order and its incorrect

Please Contact us if you have any concerns about your order.

 

The item I received is faulty

Please Contact us if any items you received in your order are faulty. 

 

How will my refund be processed & how long will it take?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 working days for it to be checked and processed.

You will receive an email from us confirming when your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be issued back by the original payment method in which you made the purchase. Please ensure you download and fill out the Returns Form to include with your item/s so we can process your return on time and allocate it to the correct order.

 

I haven’t received my refund

Please track your return parcel first to check we have received it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 working days for it to be checked and processed.

(You will receive an email from us confirming when your refund has been processed).

Please Contact us if after all the above you still have not received your refund.
