How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is Free New Zealand wide, including to rural addresses.


Do you ship to P.O Box addresses?

Yes, we can ship to your P.O Box address.  We ship to any residential, business, rural or P.O Box address in New Zealand.


Do you ship to my country?

At present we only ship to New Zealand addresses.

If you would like to enquire about shipping to an address outside of New Zealand, please Contact us.


What courier company do you use?

We ship all orders using NZ Post’s tracked courier service (formerly known as Courier Post).


When will my order be sent?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of them being placed. From time to time there may be a delay in dispatching your order if a product is on back order or is a ‘special order’ product but in both these cases you will be notified by email.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time frames are approximately: 

Residential and Business addresses: 1-2 working days.

Rural addresses: Please add up to 3 working days extra for delivery. 

(Saturday, Sunday, and Public holidays do not count as a working day, so if your order was dispatched on a Friday your day 1 of the delivery timeframe starts on the following Monday)

Can I track my order?

Yes, once we have dispatched your order you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and a link to track your order.


I haven’t received an order confirmation from you – did you get my order?

If you don’t receive a confirmation email from us within 12 hours of placing your order, we recommend you check your spam filter settings and look through your junk folder in case our emails have gone there.  Please add our email ‘’ to your email address book to prevent any future correspondence from us going to your junk folder.

I haven’t received my order

In the first instance we recommend you track your parcel using the tracking number and link we have sent to you by email.  From time to time there can be delays with the courier service due to a number of factors including weather incidents and staffing shortages from Covid which will be detailed at the top of the tracking page.

If you have allowed the correct amount of time for delivery and there are no updates on your parcel when you track it, please Contact us.
